Established in 1984, the HDARC offers members a friendly and supportive environment to enjoy their riding and improve their skills. We cater to all levels of riders across many disciplines, including dressage, show jumping, cross-country training, general horsemanship, specialist clinics and trail riding.
Our rallies are held every Wednesday and the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month (except January). Our beautiful grounds are shared with the Hurstbridge Pony Club and include both sand and grass arenas, plus a fabulous cross-country jumps and RDA facilities.
REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP Per club year (if these are not met it may jeopardise your following year’s membership) As a member you accept and are required to do minimum 6 hours of club assistance throughout the year. this can be done by:
- volunteer your time at club fundraising events
- attend club working bee or other club maintenance activity
- Organise functions, clinics, events
- helping at a TTT events
If it is difficult for you to help, please call the HDARC Membership Obigations Coordinator (see contact list) to talk about how you may be able to meet your requirements of membership. The general aim of these conditions is to spread the workload across our many members and to enable our club to run smoothly and safely for the greater enjoyment of all members. Speak to a committee member for further clarification of requirements.
