HDARC runs an organised rally each Wednesday (except during school holidays) and the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. The rally schedule will be emailed out every term or as special activities are organised. Facebook is also used as a reminder.

Costs
Regular lesson fees are $35 per lesson.
Guests may apply to ride for an additional $15 guest fee – they must be a HRCAV member and HDARC disclaimer must be signed before riding.

Pay before the rally via direct debit or deposit directly into the club bank account at Bendigo Bank in Hurstbridge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel from a rally, you must do it by our cancellation times so that we can offer the another rider the opportunity, or cancel the instructor.
You will be fully refunded if you cancel your booking by the following times:
- 8.00 pm Sunday prior to the Wednesday rally
- 8.00 pm Wednesday prior to the Saturday rally
If you cancel after these times and you have paid, you will not be refunded.
If you have not paid, you will be required to pay before booking another session. Email committee@hdarc.com.au if you are unsure whether you have outstanding fees.
If you choose not to ride at the last minute, due to weather or any other cause, although you cannot be refunded, you can still benefit by coming to watch. Many riders come early or stay on after so they can watch other lessons, share a cuppa, a snack or a chat.
Riding at the club ground unavailable during club rallies
Our grounds are available for your use by HDARC members except when club rallies are being held and the first Sunday of each month when the Pony Club hold their monthly rally day.
Only HDARC club members are permitted to ride at our grounds. Occasionally at club organised activities such as rally, and at the discretion of the rally co-ordinator, HRCAV members from neighbouring clubs are invited to ride at rally. This would typically occur if there is an abundance of available lessons that were not filled by HDARC members. This helps us to cover the cost of instructors. In this instance there would be a grounds fee of $15 payable in addition to the cost of the lesson and a Disclaimer to be signed.
When a rally is being held, members are to refrain from using the arenas for private riding. Please schedule your private lessons for outside of the set rally times.
